Terms and Conditions

Please note that you are responsible for payment in-full for ALL dates reserved. All customers must have a current credit card on file for emergency veterinary and billing purposes. Early drop-off and after-hours pickup may be arranged at the sole discretion of OBKC and will incur a minimum $35 service charge.

Cancellation Policy – Daycare

As a courtesy to our Staff, please call if you intend to cancel your daycare reservation.

Cancellation policy (non-peak) – Boarding
Cancellations and changes must be received by OBKC a minimum of 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date. Cancellations must be made in person, via email or phone by the principal only. Cancellations within less than 72 hours notice must be paid in full. Changing the length of your stay once it has begun will not lower the cost of your stay and must be paid in full.

Cancellation policy (peak) – Boarding

Holiday peak periods are especially busy and we typically book 60-90 days in advance. During peak periods, we require a 3-night minimum stay and a $100 non-refundable deposit. Cancellations or changes to your reservation dates must be received 10 days prior to your scheduled arrival day. Cancellations requested with less than 10 days notice will require payment if full. Changing the length of your stay once it has begun will not lower the cost of your stay during peak periods. Cancellations must be made in person, via email or phone by the principal only.
